Description:
The IMT technical support engineer is responsible of handling customer enquiries and reported incidents. He/she is working on alarms escalated automatically.
He/she is responsible to handle the tickets according the defined service level agreements. If an escalation to another Incident Management team is needed, the
IMT - engineer has to prepare initial minimum required diagnostic data.


Responsibilities:
• Service ticket handling;
• Hotline support via telephone and email;
• Installation support onsite and via remote access;
• Cooperation in system tests;
• Training and workshops for customer and service staff;
• Close collaboration with first and third level support;
• Root cause analysis of technical problem;
• Consulting and planning of Implementation;
• Create knowledge management assets.

Requirements:
• Technical school or technical university degree;
• Knowledge in IT or telecommunication area (CCNA and CISCO certifications and/or training participation will be considered strong advantage);
• Knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft, UNIX, LINUX);
• Good command of English or / and Fluent German - B2 or above
• Between 1 and 3 Years of technical experience (advantage - in telecommunication).
• Very good analytic skills;
• Cultural awareness and intercultural experiences.
