Can I sell a sponsor ads of my Youtube channel

Hi all,

I have a situation here: Let's say that I own a big YouTube channel with around 10 000 subscribers, a company (not a big fish) wants to advertise in my channel by adding videos in there. The idea here is to add the company's video as a normal one, not to load before my own author videos.

The question is: Is it allowed and does it break any YouTube rules? I red a lot, but could not interpret all of their terms and conditions.
