PPD or PPI is it worth it?

As my journey goes I need to try different ways to make money.
I was pointed to try PPI or Pay Per Install / Download.

I got referled to those networks:

Media Kings*ref link *non ref *
It is from 2012 and people show good earnings from it!

adnooka.com*non ref* It is a older than MK and have a lot of tools that you can use.

Cash Fire It looks profesional, nicely made. I'm waiting for 1-2 aplication aproval!

What do you use ?
How much did you do ?
How did you market it ?

I don't think that this program is worth it. A lot of people are showing sceenshots from PPC and such programs ant say that they earn a lot from them but the reality is not so good. I will be very happy for you if I am wrong and you earn from them but I don't think that there is a lot of money in this programs.
