I started a business with a unique name – it’s not common, but the domain (and all its variations) was already taken by someone. So I contacted domain brokers to contact the owner. After 7 days, he responded and we started negotiations. I agreed to the higher price. As of March 28, 2025, the deal is in escrow (escrow.com). I contacted escrow.com and they told me that the owner did not do the necessary due diligence. My payment went through successfully and everything is fine on my end. I really need t10.0.0.0.1his domain because it matches the name of the trademark and the company (LLC) I registered, but I don’t know what else I can do. Escrow is also starting to lose hope. Has anyone encountered a similar situation and do you have any advice? I don’t have the owner’s contact information because it is hidden by GoDaddy’s privacy service. I searched for information but couldn’t find a similar case. (The agreed price was 500).
