QA TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities:
- Work with the QA team in Bulgaria and abroad to integrate new functionality and content for the websites;
- Be responsible for the morale, and coaching/mentoring of Bulgarian staff
- Be accountable for the quality of output from the Bulgarian operation.
- Be responsible for the productivity, efficiency and utilization of Bulgaria staff.
- Be a dispute arbitrator as required between the team internally, and between the team and HQ.
- Assist the automation tester in maintaining regression test scripts
- BPerform thorough reviews of the test artefacts and associated documents.
- Document found bugs and anomalies, then report on project progress using our Incident Management tool.
- Document and record tasks according to the required standard.
- Must be ‘hands-on’ in creating and manually executing tests based on pre-defined requirements.
- Assist the automation tester in updating and maintaining regression test scripts.
- Log and report incidents in our issue tracking system.
- Communicate with developers and SPRINT team to follow issues through from conception to completion.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and SCRUMs.
Requirements:
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and focused individual capable of inspiring staff.
- Excellent communicator in English able to persuade staff, peers and management with well constructed arguments.
- Excellent lateral-thinking problem solver used to thinking around issues and succeeding in overcoming obstacles with a positive attitude.
- Excellent ability to build relationships with staff, peers, managers and the executive management group
- Excellent lateral-thinking problem solver used to thinking around issues and succeeding in overcoming obstacles with a positive attitude.
- Excellent ability to build relationships with staff, peers, managers and the executive management group
- Agile SDLC methodology using SCRUM, UNIX, Basic SQL, Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated testing tools (e.g. SoapUI), Working knowledge of HTML, Automation using Selenium, Version Control
- Test techniques including:

*Exploratory testing
*State Transition testing
