I'm currently using ClickUp, the free version is enough for me, but it's very slow! Monday is the same.

I tried WP Project Manager and Fluent Boards, but neither of them has what I need.

So I just need task management with subtasks that allows content (text)
VidMate
I use it to create the content of the website, for example: Home (task) > Hero (subtasks). The text for each section will be inside it.

All suggestions for additions will be appreciated.
