The company is seeking for a sales manager, who will be responsible for the advertisement sales of the company's web sites. The person
for this position will deal basically with Internet Marketing and Internet Advertisement Sales.

For our office in Sofia, we are looking for a sales manager with the following requirements:

Main responsibilites:

- advertisement sales management
- researching, contacting & communicating with current and new advertisers
- development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the company’s sales planning and forecasting tools, strategies, and analysis to support the sales organization in achieving revenue goals;
- communicating with advertising agencies, partners, contractors and customers on a regular basis
- supporting customer segmentation and product positioning
- organizing and supporting sales, marketing and corporate events

Main requirements:

- relevant university degree and experience
- communicative, convincing and motivated person
- at least 2 years experience in the online advertisement sales & marketing
- working experience in advertising agency, media agency, or sales management in other Bulgarian big internet portals is a considered as a strong advantage.
- fluent english in writing and speaking

1. Пример за "relevant university degree" са "Маркетинг" или икономическо образование. И все пак ако кандидатът има силни умения в развиването на сайтове, може да се кандидатства и без такова образование.

2. Ако въпросът е относно заплатата, тъй като не разбрах последната дума (sability), то тя наистина варира и може да е от много малка до много голяма. Зависи кандидатът колко стаж има в интернет маркетинг сферата и какви умения има. Фирмата е сериозна и поддържа по-висок стандарт на заплати от конкурентните интернет компании.

Звучи добре! Защо не наемете някой профи афилиейт менагер с 10 години опит за $2500 + 10% от цената на стоката. И естествено те се занимават с 10-ки текива програми от офиса си.
