I am answering like real nooby (I am not so familiar with it), but I think that what you can open with Open Office (it opens Microsoft office formats), you can choose to save as like HTML.

I do not have Microsoft office to try it and say it is OK, but I am sure about the Open Office.

Does it have direct export into HTML when you select Save as in the powerpoint?

I also think that you can save as HTML from the options there, in your PowerPoint program. Which office version is, or there is no matter. I work with Open Office, so I am not 100% sure.

Thanks for sharing such and information with us. It can be done great with Open Office, I believe that the same is with PowerPoint, but need to see the options as most of the members here mentioned.
