Ето как го правят е Германия. Преди малко купих вход за едно изложение в Германия и получих това на мейла:
[FONT="]From now on you will receive our invoices for online ticket orders by electronic means exclusively. On our behalf, the invoices are provided with a qualified digital signature by LogAgency GmbH.
Please find the electronically signed invoice (invoice no. 20100210000_0000004335-1, order no. mf_ddsora54_1001262) as pdf document in the appendix. In order to open the document you will need the software Acrobat Reader, which you may download free of charge here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
The signature file is attached in the appendix too.
For tax refund purposes you are obliged by the revenue authorities to verify the digital signature. This can be done with the following link:
https://www.everification.de/
eVerification will verify for you, whether the invoice has been signed in good. eVerification will enquiry with the relevant "signature act trustcenters".
