I will correct the mistakes…as long as is the right choice. The prices are not the lowest ones compared to the prices you are seeing often but that is because the whole architecture, the difference in the liming. For the typical users it will be hard to get over the limits even if they are using the smaller plans.

The servers are in Holland that makes the service flexible. I’ve tested the download speed from Bulgaria and the speeds were almost up to the limit given by my ISP. The pings is xx in milliseconds but this is not noticeable. There is no difference in the speed from the different locations in Europe. If there are differences they will disappear in no time.

I want to ask whether is allowed to host illegal stuff on your servers, because Holland makes possible hosting that type of files, files like torrents or online movies. Is this allowed in your hosting company?

The hosting services in Netherland are more tolerant regarding what is a file that infriges copyrights. Torrent aren’t illegal there (you can host torrent files in a lot of the hostings there, but you can’t host the real files there)

You can’t store stuff like that on shared hosting, because it risks all of the customers on the server. That can be placed on VPS/Dedicated not because of size or the load but just for security.

1. There are a lot of expenses on the backups (You can evade this by using the discount code and rely only on the standard back up.

2. We are not overselling the storage and the bandwith, plans are made to suit your needs and you will rarely need to upgrade. Hostings that oversell rely on your site to go above the limits so you have to upgrade.

On our higher plans there is almost no CPU expenses as long as you are following the basic rules of serving your website to your visitors/spider. If you optimize your site and activate the caching (we will help you as much as we can). If this is done right you will rely only on the bandwidth without to worry about the CPU limits. We are trying to make the use of CDN easier so you can use the traffic more than if you are using other services...

OpenCart 1.5.6 site is doing 1GB of traffic everyday (not compressed) and it is using the CPU more than allowed…The support of the last hosting said that the site can’t be hosted on a shared plan and has to be moved on a vps plan. Solution - A little change in the way of counting the products in the categories (because I’m a webmaster and that is better for Open Cart) + the fast architecture Nginx + Varnish => The result is CPU % 0,9 / Мemory % 1,4 and the bing and yandex spiders are allowed....

The percent is from a single CPU not from the whole machine.

Well it is not that expensive if we look into the details, if someone uses bigger plans because of the CPU limits will have no problems. The parameters of the plans may be smaller compared to others but if you choose the right plan that suits best your storage and bandwidth size you will not need to upgrade in the near future.

Yes it is possible, the speed to Bulgaria is good enough. I’m downloading almost with the biggest possible speed (I download a file from the server with the speed I download a torrent from somewhere. ISP – NET1) If someone wants to test I will give you a file on the server to test your speed.

I will recommend you if you use my service for Bulgarian sites, you can speed up with using CDN from Google Page Speed Service (free at this moments). With this your sites will load from the Google servers and the code will be optimized.

Well it is not a secret, but I don't know how to check how much bandwidth it uses, but may be it is not as much as the provider doesn’t make me upgrade.

I don’t see a reason to cry about the price. Superhosting’s prices for the highest plan is 273 leva for a year (this is if you pay at once, if not it will cost more). In CooliceHost.com the green plan costs $15 in a month, which is 240 levas in a year. The storage and the bandwidth are less but there are no positives to have hundreds of gigabytes bandwidth if your site are goin over the other limit. And if we add the time that we spend on talking with the support for upgrading and the time that we spend moving our site after they make us buy VPS/Dedi but we decline. This costs more than the price you will pay to coolice.
